Who you work with

You talk to me, not an account manager.

I'm Kosie. I started TwelveTwo Digital because I kept seeing the same thing in real businesses: good owners losing hours and losing leads to slow, manual admin that a well-built AI system could handle for them. So I build those systems myself.

An operator, not a marketer.

I have spent years inside real operations, so I start with your business, not with the technology. When you reach out, you get the person who designs the work and writes it, from the first message to the day it is running in your business. There is no layer of salespeople or junior staff between you and the build.

That means I will tell you straight what AI can do for you, what it cannot, and what is honestly worth your money. If AI is not the right answer for where you are, I will say so. Saying no when it is the honest answer is part of how I work.

TwelveTwo Digital is based in George, in the Western Cape. We work with South African business owners across the country, and with international clients who find us through referrals and the work itself. Same standard either way, priced in rand for South Africa and in dollars for clients abroad.

Most of the day-to-day runs over email and WhatsApp, with video updates when it helps. You never have to drive anywhere to get the system you need.

I do. I'm Kosie, the founder, and I design and build the systems myself. When you reach out, you deal with the person who does the work, not a salesperson or an account manager. That is the whole point of a founder-led agency.

Yes. The systems, the data, and the IP are yours, kept on your own accounts and tools. If we ever parted ways, nothing of yours leaves with us. You are never locked into a platform you would lose.

No. We are built for established, hands-on businesses: solar installers, logistics and transport companies, professional services, and more. You do not need to be technical. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain language.

We are based in George in the Western Cape, but we work with owners across South Africa and with clients abroad. Most of the work runs over email and WhatsApp, with video updates when it helps, so where you are is not a problem.
