The AI Opportunity Scan

Know where AI pays
before you spend on it.

A written map of where AI would actually earn its place in your business, in what order, and what it will not fix. One week, from the person who builds these systems. If you go ahead with a build, the fee credits in full against it.

What you get

Three things on paper.
None of them a sales pitch.

Most businesses have three or four loops where expensive people do work a system should carry.
The Scan finds them, ranks them, and tells you which one to fix first.

01 / The map

Where the hours go.

The loops in your operation that cost the most: quoting, after-hours enquiries, bookings and no-shows, documents and follow-ups, the numbers nobody has on a Friday. Each one sized in hours a week and in rand.

02 / The order

What first. What never.

Which loop to fix first and why, which ones AI genuinely will not help with, and where a person has to stay in the loop for the system to be trusted. Written plainly enough to hand to your team.

03 / The plan

The first build, scoped.

What the first system would be, what it needs from you, how long it takes, and what it costs. A scope you can take to us or to anyone else. You own the report.

From TwelveTwo builds

The kind of loop the Scan finds.

41 seconds

A quote, drafted from the owner's own rates.

A solar installer's quotes used to wait for the one person who knew the pricing. Now the inputs go in and a branded quote comes out in under a minute, ready for that same person to approve. The Scan is where that loop was first named.

1 751 people

Registered, reminded and counted on one number.

An event organiser ran registrations on a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. The system that replaced them handled 1 751 people without anyone typing a message. The first conversation was about where the hours went.

Client names withheld until each sign-off is in writing. Numbers as recorded in the builds.

How it works

One week.
No slides.

The Scan is done by the person who would build the system, which is why it stays honest about what a system can and cannot do.

  1. You tell me about the business

The form below takes about five minutes. I read every one myself.

  2. A 45-minute call

Where the work waits, who does it now, what has been tried. No pitch. If the Scan is not the right next step for you, I say so on the call.

  3. One week inside the real work

I look at the actual quotes, enquiries, documents and numbers, not a description of them. Access is delegated, in your name, and revoked when we are done if you prefer.

  4. The written Scan, walked through with you

The map, the order and the plan, in plain language, in a call where you can push back on any of it.

  5. If you go ahead, the fee credits in full

The Scan fee is quoted before we start and comes off the first build entirely. If you do not go ahead, you keep the report and we part on good terms.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

The questions most owners ask on the first call, answered here so the call can go further.

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. The Scan starts with how your business actually runs: where the quotes come from, who answers the phone, what gets copied from one place to another. AI comes in only where it earns its place, and it is explained in plain language.

What if the Scan says AI will not help much?

Then it says so, in writing, and you keep the report. That happens. A Scan that told you what you wanted to hear would be worth nothing.

Who owns the report?

You do. It is written for your business, it names your loops and your numbers, and you can hand it to anyone you like, including another builder.

Can we skip the Scan and go straight to a build?

Sometimes, when the job is obvious: a booking system for a practice, a registration system for an event. When the business has several loops competing for attention, the Scan is what stops the first build being the wrong one. If you go ahead with a build, the Scan fee credits in full against it.

Is this for my size of business?

The Scan is for an established business with real operations and at least one loop that costs real hours: a practice, an installer, a distributor, a firm, an organiser, a franchise owner. If you are still working out what the business does, it is too early, and I will say so.

  • No obligation. If the Scan is not the right next step, I say so and point you somewhere better.

The Scan request

Everything here stays between us. Nothing is added to a list.

You will hear from me, not from a bot, within the working day.

RECEIVED

That is with me.

Thanks. I read every request myself and I will reply on WhatsApp within the working day with one or two questions and a time for the call.

If it is urgent, WhatsApp the word SCAN to 077 399 7478 and I will pick it up sooner.

The person who builds it

Not sure the Scan is the right step?
Ask me.

A message is enough. If the job is obvious, I will say so and we skip the Scan. If it is not, I will say that too.
